The food was amazing! It's pricey but the portions were good considering how filling the pasta is. The pasta itself was cooked to perfection and the sauces and meats were incredibly flavorful and tender. Each plate costed around 27 dollars after tax but they don't do tips! The dining area's ambiance was very romantic and moody but the place itself was quite small. We went during dinner service on a Tuesday and it was crowded and a bit loud. The staff were quite nice and checked up on us frequently. I would definitely revisit the next time I crave pasta.

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago with some friends. We were just getting back to the city after a hike on Mount Tam. And while hunger is always the best seasoning, we later went to their other location in the Mission to verify that, yes, this is amazing pasta. I had the fusilli in vodka sauce topped with shrimp and the "hot mess" meatballs, which was amazing. And definitely get the panna cotta for dessert. (I preferred the chocolate, but the olive oil is also an interesting flavor that some of my friends preferred.) I also appreciate that this restaurant is not afraid to shake up long-established norms of the restaurant industry to great success. They have you order at the front door before sitting at your table (sort of mixing in some ideas from fast casual). They have a no-tipping model: instead of relying on the whims of customers, my understanding is that staff are compensated with a fixed percentage of the check in a revenue-sharing model. And despite this, the staff here are some of the friendliest people I have ever met in the city. Ironically, seeing these these benefits of the no-tipping model made me want to tip! And while junk fees like "SF mandates surcharge" are commonplace at restaurants throughout the city, this restaurant eschews them. The price you see is the price you pay; it's that simple. Definitely do yourself a favor and give Pasta Supply Co. a try if you ever find yourself in the Richmond or the Mission.

Came into Pasta Supply Co after multiple recommendations, and it was great! It gets busy, but service was quick and attentive. We were also able to sit comfortably with my friend's baby. The pasta was super flavorful-we loved the pesto and corn raviolini. Also, the BEST panna cotta I've had, and I love getting panna cotta wherever I go. Can't wait to stop in again next time I'm in SF and try more dishes.

We showed up around 6 pm on Sunday, and we got seated in 5 minutes for a party of 2! All of the servers are friendly. The prices you see on the menu are final prices. They don't add any extra fees or tip/tax, which is interesting. They have a rotating menu. It is a double sided white sheet. I like how there aren't an overwhelming amount of options! I can't remember what I ordered, but the appetizer included bread, prosciutto, and butter. The prosciutto was very flavorful! The meat and butter can be a little oily together. The bread is nice but can be a bit tough. Random but they make their own chili flakes! They are pretty spicy. The other item had 5 large cylindrical pasta rolls with meat and red sauce. It was around $24, which is a little steep in my opinion. There was supposed to be a specific vegetable, but my friend and I couldn't tell if it was in there.
